With a background in business leadership and a sharp eye for vintage value, Heather brings both heart and precision to every estate she manages. After successfully running multiple businesses, she entered the estate sale industry in 2018 and quickly found her passion in helping families navigate life transitions with clarity and compassion.
Heather is especially knowledgeable in vintage items, ephemera, jewelry, Disney collectibles, toys, and historical piece. Her partnership with Ryan forms the backbone of River City Estate Liquidators: strategic, thoughtful, and results-driven.
Ryan Kilcrease
Co-Owner & Estate Sale Specialist
Ryan brings over a decade of hands-on experience in estate sales, with a specialized background in vehicles, tools, and military collectibles. He began his work in the industry in 2013 and quickly became known for his sharp eye, resourcefulness, and calm, can-do attitude.
With deep knowledge in vintage car parts, modern vehicles, tools, and historical items, Ryan handles every sale with a balance of professionalism and practicality. Whether it's a sprawling farm estate or a garage packed with parts, he knows how to organize, price, and move it. His commitment to doing things the right way—no shortcuts—makes him a respected and reliable leader on every job.

Claudia is one of our longest-standing team members and a friendly face at many of our sales. Her exceptional customer service skills and natural ability to connect with people help create a smooth, welcoming experience for shoppers. Claudia is also fluent in Spanish, allowing us to better serve our Hispanic-speaking customers and expand our reach with care and clarity.
